Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Production Supervisor I for the weekend evening shift at the Bloomingdale, IL facility. You will lead the production team, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency across packaging and processing.

The role requires an associate’s degree or 3+ years in food manufacturing, strong scheduling and reporting skills, and the ability to work across two plants (391 & 395). Full-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree OR at least three years' related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment.
• Prior lead experience and/or supervisory experience in a GMP environment required.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Lean Practices helpful.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of the area to ensure smooth production.
• Participates in scheduling process to meet daily production plans.
• Produces and reviews daily production reports for adherence and efficiency.
• Ensures KPIs in the production area are met or exceeded.
• Collaborates with other departments to obtain supplies and meet schedules.
• Works with other supervisors to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Monitors product quality with Quality to ensure specs are met.
• Ensures safety and GMP policies are followed.
