Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in manufacturing; poultry industry preferred.
• Three years leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, policy adherence, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbal and written; multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production line/department by establishing procedures and adjusting as necessary to meet production schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reports and staffing records are completed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and monitor metrics.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure a food safe and sanitary environment per USDA requirements.
• Mentor and train employees; provide consistent feedback.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; support zero-accident culture.
