Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and wet environment in varying temperatures (cold and hot).
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods (8+ hours).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination required.
• Must understand Good Manufacturing Practices and Product Handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort, trim, cut, or debone poultry using knives, scissors, or machinery.
• Inspect poultry for quality and remove defective pieces.
• Operate conveyor belts, cutting machines, or packaging tools.
• Package processed poultry into designated containers or bags for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Follow supervisor instructions and meet production quotas or deadlines.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
