Minimum three years nursing experience with OSHA recordkeeping knowledge; RN license required. LPNs with strong experience may be considered.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current, active and unrestricted state license preferred.
Will consider highly qualified LPN with strong work experience.

Responsibilities

Review post offer medical history with the employee, assess concerns and refer per protocol.
Administer drug and alcohol testing per company policies including post offer screens.
Administer first aid, nursing or emergency care within RN scope and guidelines.
Assist with medical cost management through early identification, treatment and follow up nursing care.
Coordinate with workers' compensation adjuster and providers for timely claim resolution.
Maintain electronic medical records for injury, OSHA and workers' compensation.
Support Safety and Ergonomics initiatives and lead hazards prevention efforts.
Develop wellness initiatives aligned with company goals; lead ergonomics programs.
