Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on PM Systems and Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of maintenance duties and regulatory requirements in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance department to minimize downtime and accidents.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for machinery, grounds, and buildings.
• Organize, prioritize, and schedule repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities in collaboration with operating teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and Quality Assurance on maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist in hiring and development of maintenance staff.
