Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Familiarity with access control and badge systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site access-control policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure to identify hazards and report issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document activities.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and assist with site access requirements.
• Support emergency response activities including evacuations and incident reporting.
