• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure to identify hazards and report issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document activities.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and assist with site access requirements.
• Support emergency response activities including evacuations and incident reporting.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Wed: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a technology infrastructure location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and assist with adherence to site access requirements.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations, providing information to responders, and completing required incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
