Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Chicago, IL. You will provide security services with fixed shifts and flexible additional shifts to maximize earnings while maintaining reliability.

The role emphasizes customer service at financial sites, incident response, routine patrols, access monitoring, and reporting. A background check, drug screen, and licensing requirements may apply; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations required by federal, state and local laws.
• Background history considered per laws; drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents and patrols.
