Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and report using established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and badge/credential verification; document observations.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports for Allied Universal leadership.
