Job summary

AC Hotel Phoenix is seeking a night-shift teammate to support Security, Housekeeping and Engineering. You’ll help keep public areas clean, operate laundry services, perform routine property inspections and respond to safety concerns to protect guests and staff.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in hotel security, housekeeping or engineering, the ability to obtain unarmed security certification in Arizona, CPR/AED, Food Handler and TIPS, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of 2 years in Hotel Security, Housekeeping or Engineering.
• It is necessary to obtain Unarmed AZ DPS Security guard certification.
• CPR and AED certification, Food Handler and TIPS certifications are required.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts with guests and colleagues.
• Computer literacy including MS Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Overnight shift support across multiple operational areas (Security, Housekeeping, Engineering).
• Maintain cleanliness/presentation of public areas and operate laundry services.
• Perform routine property inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Conduct security rounds to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Assist with room set-up and stock hotel supplies as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and train night staff on safety procedures.
