Job summary

AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown seeks an Overnight Security Agent to patrol the property, protect guests and staff, and document incidents. The role requires calm judgement, strong observation, and clear communication with the front desk and local authorities as necessary.

The position is overnight, with duties including pool closure, access control, and helping guests with luggage. Prior security experience and English proficiency are preferred; EEO applies.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests and team members.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• One year experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols hotel property to ensure safety of guests and team members and to protect assets.
• Investigates incidents, writes incident and accident reports, and liaises with authorities as needed.
• Monitors the pool area at night and assists front desk with guest needs and luggage as required.
• Completes shift logs and communicates issues to management.
