Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Part Time NSR Suites team member to serve overnight, living onsite in Buckland, CT. The role requires responding to guest needs within 30 minutes, handling check-ins, safety issues, and key management with a courteous, high-quality service standard.

You will assist guests, prepare breakfast windows, and maintain hotel systems and records while supporting the property’s operations and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel guest services or front desk is preferable.
• Ability to respond to overnight guest needs within 30 minutes.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work as GSR and prepare breakfast 5:30–7:00 AM.
• Attend to guests during on-call notifications for check-ins, maintenance, noise, safety.
• Maintain control and logging of all hotel keys.
• Check-in/check-out guests, greet, assign rooms, and collect payments if needed.
• Provide property information and directions to guests.
• Log events and post payments to guest folios.
