Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding on self-service tech.
• Supervise associates, train on processes, and ensure policy compliance.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain sales floor and documentation.
• Maintain safety by following procedures and reporting unsafe situations.
• Lead teams, coordinate work, and ensure timelines and quality.
• Oversee club pickup orders and ensure proper staging and policy adherence.
