Job summary

Sam's Club in McKinney, TX is seeking a energetic associate to provide outstanding member service on the sales floor. You will acknowledge members, assist with merchandise decisions, and guide them through self-service technology while promoting Sam's Club products and services.

You will also help supervise team members, serve as a liaison with management on training and performance, and ensure safety, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness standards are met across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding and supporting members with self-service technology and purchases.
• Supervise associates in the assigned area, assign duties, train on processes, and coach on member service approaches to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety and merchandising standards on the sales floor, stock and set up product displays, process returns and signage, and monitor product quality according to policy.
