Sam's Club is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding member service and assist supervision of team members in a busy retail environment. You will stock merchandise, ensure displays are tidy, and help customers with purchasing decisions while upholding safety and policy standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ethical conduct, and delivering a positive member experience, including handling returns and maintaining product quality throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
• Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise and organizes the sales floor.
• Maintains safety of facility and follows safety procedures.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and pricing are up to company standards.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, and sanitation per policies.
• Leads and participates in teams to meet business priorities and timelines.
• Oversees picking and staging of club pick up orders.
• Develops and implements processes to meet business needs.
• Promotes compliance with company policies, ethics and Open Door Policy.
