Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH seeks a Memory Care Support Partner for full-time night shifts (11:00pm–7:00am). The role supports memory care residents through empathy, observation, engagement planning, and daily living assistance, with emphasis on accurate documentation and team orientation.

Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma, English proficiency, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read/write/speak English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Proficient computer skills to print/enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Capacity to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sit/stand/walk and fall assistance.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: identify residents' interests and abilities to create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare dining spaces, libraries, and resident rooms to enhance daily routines.
• Life Partner: support residents across daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Accurately document resident care and condition changes.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
