Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to join our compassionate team on a part-time basis. You will advocate empathy, observe residents to learn their interests, and help create meaningful engagement plans within memory care neighborhoods.

This role requires a HS diploma, 18+ years of age, and the ability to communicate in English with residents. Expect shifts Monday and Sunday 3:00pm–11:00pm, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 and an hourly wage of

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• English communication with residents required.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities; develop engagement plans.
• Prepare environments and routines to support daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and any changes in condition.
• Orient team members to memory care neighborhoods.
