Job summary

Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time, on-site role. You will be responsible for supporting residents with daily living, advocating empathy, and observing residents to tailor engagement plans.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is Friday and Saturday, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build connections with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities.
• Prepare environments to support daily activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily living.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
