Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by building human connections with residents.
• Identify resident interests and engagement plans.
• Set the environment for daily activities through mise en scène.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
