Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner. You will help residents with daily activities, demonstrate empathy, and support engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include observing residents, planning activities, and ensuring safety. You will document care changes and assist memory care teammates, with full-time evening shifts in a caring, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be active with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Patient observer to identify interests and engagement plans.
• Master Mise en Scene: prepare dining rooms, libraries, and rooms for routines.
• Life partner: support residents from wake-up to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
