Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to join our full-time night shift team (6:00pm–6:00am). Pay range $18.25–$27.25 per hour and a supportive environment emphasize empathy, resident engagement, and teamwork.

The role focuses on advocating for residents, documenting care, orienting memory care teammates, and creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere through thoughtful daily routines and attentive observation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents
• Able to print documents and enter information using a computer
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, and assist after a fall
• Criminal clearance required
