The role requires standing for extended periods, strong communication skills, and the ability to work full-time or part-time shifts, including overnights, in a fast-paced fitness club setting. Safety and policy adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required before working alone; training available within 30 days if not certified.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and stay composed in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer use is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service and assist members with inquiries and needs.
• Maintain club cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.
• Balance cash drawers daily and input member information into tablets and POS.
• Promote memberships and assist with member promotions and promotions planning.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines and assist with operational tasks as needed.
• Assist GM/AM with club promotions and training initiatives.
