Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative for the overnight full-time shift at our Virginia Beach club. You will engage with members, maintain a clean and secure environment, and ensure smooth operations with the Planet Fitness app, POS, and inventory processes.

The role requires standing for long periods, CPR/AED certifications before solo work, and strong communication with members and staff. Training and certifications are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods and have good communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties during your assigned overnight shift.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS systems.
• Audit cash drawers daily and balance them.
• Assist members with equipment and amenities and enforce policies.
