Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for member interaction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to use tablets and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and manage front desk operations during overnight shifts.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere to Excel standards.
• Use the Planet Fitness mobile app and ensure training is up to date.
• Audit cash drawers daily and balance as required.
• Input member data accurately into tablets and POS systems.
• Promote memberships and assist with promotions and outreach.
