Excel Fitness is seeking a Member Services Rep Front Desk (Overnight) to welcome members, handle check-ins, manage cash drawers, and maintain a clean, secure club atmosphere. Responsibilities include using the Planet Fitness app, inputting member data, promoting memberships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This on-site role requires CPR/AED certification and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification are required before working alone.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically and resolve problems proactively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Promote memberships and assist prospects and members.
• Maintain club cleanliness, atmosphere, and safety.
• Operate and assist with equipment and amenities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
