Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver exceptional member service and close the day’s shift. You will greet members, handle front desk duties, process new sign-ups, tours and updates to member accounts while ensuring a clean and welcoming club environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, reliable and positive attitude, with a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Positive, upbeat attitude; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to interact professionally with members and staff.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates diplomacy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions or concerns and escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
• Close the shift for the business day.
• Prepare a bank deposit for the next day.
