Planet Fitness in Massachusetts is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free member experience. You will greet guests, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club, assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, information updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Assist in achieving or exceeding individual and club sales goals and contribute to monthly/yearly targets.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs and convert prospects.
• Process retail transactions accurately and drive sales while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness: restrooms, equipment, and Recovery Zone areas; follow cleaning schedules.
• Identify safety or policy issues and promptly address maintenance needs (broken fixtures, etc.).
• Communicate openly, build relationships, and champion Planet Fitness CORE values.
