Planet Fitness in Auburn, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative who delivers a superior member experience in a welcoming Judgement Free Zone. You will greet guests, assist with questions, process sign-ups, and support club operations on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to meet sales goals while maintaining clean facilities. CPR training is provided, and scheduling includes full-time or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone; assist members on the club floor with workouts.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and handle inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, payments.
• Achieve or exceed individual and club sales goals and assist with tours.
