Job summary

Flynn Group is hiring a Member Services Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests at our Madison Heights location. You will handle check-ins, member inquiries, and tours while maintaining a welcoming, clean front desk area.

Strong communication and reliability are essential as you operate the POS system, assist with memberships, and participate in ongoing training to uphold our Judgement Free environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process new memberships and answer membership questions on the POS system.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment, and stock as needed.
• Complete required trainings and adapt to new policies and procedures.
