Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales & Service Overnight Associate to greet members, assist guests, and promote memberships. You will engage with guests through tours, answer questions, and help them pursue fitness goals while maintaining a welcoming, well-maintained club environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and completion of SSO training. Prior overnight or 6–12 months of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required; provided by 24 Hour Fitness.
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.
• Minimum 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly check-in and promptly address needs.
• Assist guests with tours, amenities, and membership questions.
• Resolve member concerns or escalate through proper channels.
• Maintain a clean, safe club floor and locker rooms; conduct team cleans.
• Promote in-club programs such as Personal Training and Add-On Memberships.
