Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests efficiently per policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services and manage front desk operations.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
