Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales & Service Overnight (SSO) to support the club operations and create a welcoming, member-centric environment. This role focuses on member engagement, check-ins, and resolving concerns while promoting memberships and services.

The SSO will interact with guests, offer tours, and guide new members to meet with a Personal Trainer as needed, while maintaining a clean, well-maintained club and collaborating with the Sales & Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR and AED certification required (provided by 24 Hour Fitness).
• 6–12 months in a customer service role is required or preferred.
• Overnight shift experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required for using club systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with check-in and inquiries.
• Address member questions and concerns; escalate when needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe club environment on the floor and in locker rooms.
• Offer club tours and promote membership options and services.
• Promote in-club promotions and Personal Training options.
