Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: execute predictive and preventive routines through the CMMS to reduce downtime.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with process engineers to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• Parts & Safety Control: track spare parts, maintain workspace, and enforce LOTO and safety practices on shift.

Randstad has partnered with a high-volume manufacturing facility in the Morgan Hill area to find an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II. This is a 3rd shift role with at 15% shift differential!

We don't need a parts-swapper. We need an autonomous, sharp-eyed technician who knows high-speed mechanical drives, complex hydraulics, pneumatic actuators, and PLC logic inside and out—someone who takes pride in keeping advanced automated production lines humming at top performance with minimal supervision.

• Safety & Resilience: Mastery of Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) protocols and 3S/5S standards, physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and readiness to support a 24/7 high-volume facility.
