Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing production equipment. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays for special projects.

The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and install/replace components as needed to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Valid driver''s license.

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing production equipment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM (1st Shift)

Compensation: $66,560-$83,200 annually

Occasional Saturdays: 4-5 hours for special projects throughout the year (over-time)
