Responsibilities

Executes predictive and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, robotics, and automated systems to ensure continuous, safe production operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform repairs and PMs (changing contacts, inspecting motors, checking automated systems). Maintain AC/DC circuits, drives, PLCs, process controls, and instrumentation.
• Electrical Safety & LOTO: Identify electrical hazards; safely isolate, ground, and prepare circuits. Actively participate in Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) protocols, update documentation, and collaborate with the Safety Director.
• System & Inventory Management: Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies. Maintain up-to-date inventories of machine parts. File complete history logs of issues, repairs, vendors, and troubleshooting methods.
• Operational Improvement: Partner with Operations, Maintenance Leads, and Supervisors to optimize equipment utilization, minimize costs, and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure all machinery meets mechanical and electrical quality standards.
• Facility & General Upkeep: Keep maintenance areas and exterior grounds clean and orderly. Follow all safety guidelines, attend monthly meetings, remain available for on-call/weekend work, and pursue ongoing technical training. Reliable attendance is required.
