Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM overnight shift at our flagship Delphos, Ohio facility. You will keep production equipment running through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced food-manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical maintenance background and experience with industrial equipment; food-manufacturing experience is preferred. PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, pumps, bearings and valves.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, pumps, bearings, valves and related systems.
• Perform equipment repairs, adjustments, installations, and modifications.
• Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled equipment.
• Work with boilers and other plant utility systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all safety, food safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams; support continuous improvement.
