Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX to keep production equipment operating safely and reliably on an overnight shift, with occasional weekends.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, repair motors and controls, document work orders, and collaborate with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, including motors, wiring, and controls.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document completed work.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment and identify issues.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to reduce downtime.
