Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations at a premier manufacturing facility in Delphos, OH. The technician will keep industrial equipment and filling lines running safely, smoothly, and efficiently, with duties spanning preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and root-cause analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, familiarity with PLC/HVAC/welding, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

1–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in food processing or a regulated cGMP/GFSI environment.
Bilingual capabilities (English / Spanish).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices and QC tools.
Safety and quality standards knowledge (LOTO, Fall Protection, PPE).

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on motors, drives, belts, fluids and filters.
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical systems including three-phase motors.
Manage and complete work orders using L2L software.
Setup, adjust, teardown and rebuild equipment, gearboxes, drives and filling lines.
Maintain 5S standards and cgmp practices in the workspace.
Collaborate with Production, Quality and Safety to resolve issues using RCA.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM on various shifts.
