Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Delphos, OH to maintain production equipment in a food manufacturing setting. You will handle refrigeration, pumps, and pneumatics, applying Lock Out Tag Out, PLC knowledge, and reading schematics to troubleshoot and repair downtime-causing issues.

The role requires 3+ years experience in manufacturing maintenance, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, Schematics and Pneumatics.
Experience with refrigeration and pumps is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize breakdown risks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, parts used and time spent.
Collaborate with production, engineering and quality control to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations including Lock Out Tag Out.
