Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the night shift to support a high-output production environment.

You will perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery and related equipment, ensuring reliability and safety across our facilities. The role requires 5+ years as a multi-craft technician with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise, and the ability to lead projects or guide junior technicians in a fast-paced

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated leadership in an industrial maintenance context.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and urgent maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Lead or function as a lead technician on projects.
Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic faults in various systems.
Create and follow preventive maintenance procedures and PMO activities.
Estimate costs and timelines for equipment breakdowns and improvements.
Escalate unresolved machine breakdowns to maintenance leadership and coordinate corrective actions.
