Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department, overseeing repair and upkeep of production equipment and facilities. Overnight 11p-8a shift; schedule may be Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu.

You will supervise technicians, enforce safety programs including LOTO and arc-flash, and coordinate with contractors to minimize outages while driving a data-driven maintenance approach.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of in-plant exposure to mechanical or electrical maintenance responsibilities.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical crafts including millwright, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and machinist skills.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, electronics, power distribution and circuitry protection.
• Proficient with computers; MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and ensures safe work habits and safety procedure compliance.
• Supervises scheduling of repairs to minimize outages and coordinate with contractors.
• Oversees maintenance staff performance, training, payroll approvals and evaluations.
• Manages utilities, environmental & hazardous waste removal, and security systems.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs; tracks metrics.
