Job summary

Amcor Hazleton PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department, ensuring safe and efficient operation of production and facility equipment. Overnight shifts are part of the role, with schedule set prior to hire.

You will manage maintenance technicians, coordinate repairs, enforce safety standards, and drive data‑driven decisions through records and reports. Strong leadership and mechanical/electrical knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of in-plant maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance (lock-out/tag-out, confined spaces, arc-flash).
• Schedule repairs and upgrades to minimize outages and downtime.
• Supervise performance evaluations, training, scheduling, and payroll approvals.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure available materials, parts, and manpower for projects.
• Direct contracted service providers as needed.
