Job summary

Qualifications

• Inspects and repairs production equipment with time estimates for repairs.
• Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical components and performs replacements.
• Performs facility maintenance such as lighting, filters, and housekeeping.
• Logs repairs and parts usage in the work order system.

Responsibilities

• Inspects production equipment to determine repair needs and timing.
• Repairs equipment by replacing worn parts and restoring production.
• Troubleshoots and replaces electrical components (motors, breakers, lights, etc.).
• Troubleshoots and replaces mechanical components (bearings, belts, gears, hoses).
• Constructs, moves, and sets up plant equipment safely.
• Maintains spare parts and supports procurement logistics.
• Performs routine facility maintenance and supports emergency repairs.
• Works irregular shifts to cover breakdowns and urgent repairs.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
