Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department, oversee technicians, and manage repair and upkeep of production equipment and facilities. Overnight 8-hour shifts are possible, with schedule set before hire (Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu).

Qualifications

• Three to five years of in-plant maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and ensures safe work habits, improving safety procedures.
• Supervises maintenance scheduling to minimize outages and coordinate technicians.
• Directs daily maintenance activities and reviews performance.
• Provides technical guidance on equipment modifications and projects.
