You will supervise technicians, support preventive and predictive programs, and partner with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to maximize uptime.

Formación
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with supervisory exposure.
- Experience with CMMS, preventative maintenance programs and electrical/mechanical systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and coach maintenance technicians to meet production needs.
- Coordinate corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ensure safety compliance including LOTO and confined space procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and CMMS documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
