Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to coordinate daily maintenance activities, guide technicians, and prioritize work orders to maximize equipment reliability and safety in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires at least 5 years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, CMMS experience, and the ability to read technical drawings. A technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred. On-site position with potential for overtime and continuous improvement focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians.
• Promote safety, enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and use CMMS for reporting and metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
