Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Attendant (Part Time) to warmly greet guests, manage luggage, and assist with vehicle handling in a luxury hotel setting. The role requires flexibility to work overnights and weekends in a premier Silicon Valley location.

The successful candidate will have prior luxury hotel/restaurant experience, an excellent command of English, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hotel/restaurant preferred.
• Must be flexible with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift/carry the luggage and pull luggage carts - 100% of shift is mobile.
• Ability to multi-task in high volume and demanding environment.
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Greets guests and delivers luggage to room during overnight hours, moves luggage to storage or front drive and maintains delivery records.
• Handles guest interactions with high hospitality standards; resolves complaints and answers inquiries about hotel services and operations.
• Assists Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests.
• Receives vehicles from guests and parks in the hotel garage; notes any damage and secures keys.
• Performs hotel errands off property as needed; assists with In Room Dining and housekeeping items during Overnight shift.
• Other duties as assigned and complies with Four Seasons’ standards.
