Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Bell Attendant to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, valet vehicles, and handle deliveries with a welcoming, high-service mindset.

The ideal candidate supports the Guest Services Team, can multi-task, and communicates clearly. A valid US driver’s license and English fluency are required; Spanish a plus. On-site parking and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and stand for long shifts.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms.
• Delivers luggage to room during check-in and departs with luggage.
• Valet guest vehicles and manage storage of luggage.
• Maintain records of luggage and deliveries per Four Seasons standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests for hotel services.
• Perform tasks of Doorman/Bellman as needed and coordinate with team.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist with seasonal equipment storage and deliveries when required.
• Run errands off-property as needed.
