Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Bell Attendant to ensure a smooth arrival and departure for guests. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, valet vehicles, and support smooth operations at the Bell Stand in a luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role in a luxury setting, holds a valid US driver’s license, and can multi-task while standing for long periods. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury hotel guest service is preferred.
• Must have a current US driver’s license with clean record.
• Fluency in English is required for this location.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms.
• Deliver luggage during check-in and retrieve at departure.
• Valet guest vehicles and assist with parking as needed.
• Maintain records of luggage, deliveries, and pickups.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist guests with queries about hotel services and hours.
