Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco seeks a Bell Attendant to be the welcoming first and last impression of the hotel. You will greet guests by name, assist with luggage, and provide a guided hotel orientation.

Responsibilities include delivering luggage to rooms, handling departures, and assisting with hotel services. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong hospitality values, and physical stamina.

Qualifikationen

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, excellent communication skills are essential
• Must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area
• Must have minimum of 1+ year bell/guest services experience in a hotel environment
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, and have a high attention to detail
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, overnight, weekends & holidays
• Physical by nature, this position requires standing for 8 hours per shift and requires candidates to have the ability to lift and push 50 – 100 lbs, respectively
• High school education or equivalent experience is required

Aufgaben

• Greets all guests passing through lobby and offers them assistance
• Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-up
• Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• May performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Complies with Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
